You don't have to be a professional computer man in order to control the site; the administration panel of the Mortgage Site solution is very easy to use, and yet carries a lot of features. The Admin mode allows the following possibilities:
- Loan Officers: Displays the list of your loan officers.
You can add, edit or delete loan officers on the list.
- Subscription: The list of customers subscribed to your news in the Rate Watch section. You can manage their subscription status, their names, email addresses, last mailed date, delivery frequency and see whether a certain user is subscribed or not.
- Closing Costs: Displays types of closing costs, which can be set by admin (i.e. you). You can set their priority, add, edit or delete costs.
- Customers: Information from the online applications filled by customers. You can view applications of different kinds: Full Application, Prequalify, and Refinance.
- News: Add, edit (subject, body) or delete your news here.
- Rates: Add your Rate, Point and APR or set the priority here.
- Template Editor: Edit all of your web site templates.

2. Fill out our Short Application Form. This will only take about 2 to 4 minutes. The Administrator will contact you once he/she has received your application.
3. Fill out our Long Application Form. This will take 7 to 9 minutes. The Administrator will contact you once he/she has received your application. (We will need this form completed eventually.)
4. Call us at 123-4567, and we will take your application over the phone.
5. Have one of our Loan Officers contact you.
6. Mail us your loan application.
7. Download the application forms now and mail or fax it to us.

| This is yet another very useful feature for your customers. In order to get their pre-qualification letter, a client must fill out the application form to initiate the loan process. |

On that form, they describe their desired loan information (loan amount, sales price (if purchase)/value of home (if refinance), type of loan, employment status, and property type.)
Then, the client fills out their contact information (the name and contacts), and then enters their credit and income information and property information.
